H and Dicky’s Corner: Weekly Fantasy Predictions

Solid Gold:

Dak Prescott-QB, Dal — Dallas is likely to be in a high stakes shootout down in the ATL, and Dak will be in the middle of it. If Ezekiel Elliott is finally suspended, his value will increase even more.

Le’Veon Bell-RB, Pit —The Steelers play the Colts, and Bell is in store for a very heavy workload. In a game where the Steelers should stomp all over them, Bell will definitely be running on all cylinders as well.

Julio Jones-WR, Atl —After starting off to what would be considered a slow year for the superstar wideout, Jones broke out for 118 yards on six receptions this past Sunday. Jones is a matchup problem for just about any cornerback in the league.

Jimmy Graham-TE, Sea — Jimmy Graham has been one of the most dominant tight ends in the league ever since his arrival to the NFL. Russell Wilson will be looking for Graham this week, especially in the end zone. That means you will be looking to start Graham.

Sleepers:

Ryan Fitzpatrick-QB, TB — With Jameis Winston out this Sunday, Fitz-Magic will be under center for a struggling Bucs team. However, this change in quarterback could bring new life for the Tampa Bay offense. He will have many reliable targets to look for on Sunday.

Orleans Darkwa-RB, NYG — The Giants have been struggling in the running back department for quite some time now. Fortunately, they have seemed to find a starting RB in Orleans Darkwa who has quietly been putting up good numbers out of the Giants backfield and is poised for a good week against the 49ers.

Marvin Jones Jr.-WR, Det — Jones is coming off of a big week where he had 107 yards and two touchdowns on seven receptions. During weeks 1-5, Jones didn’t even have a single game with 55 receiving yards. However, in each of his last three games, he has had over 95 yards and three touchdowns.

Tyler Kroft-TE, Cin — Kroft has been filling in for and injured Tyler Eifert, who will miss the remainder of the season. Kroft has had a few impressive games this year and we expect him to have another good game against the Tennessee Titans.

Suckers:

Kirk Cousins-QB, Wsh — Kirk Cousins will try his best to come back from his worst fantasy performance this season, where he put up a measly 8.3 points. Seeing that he and his Redskins will be going up against a solid Vikings defense, he will likely have a sub-par game this week.

Frank Gore-RB, Ind — Gore is not getting any younger and I think we are beginning to see the end of his career. The aging running back has only had one game where he had more than 17 carries and each week it seems more and more like Marlon Mack will be taking over the number one spot on the Colts’ running back depth chart.

Davante Adams-WR, GB — Ever since Aaron Rodgers went down, the Green Bay offense has struggled. Brett Hundley has not proven that he can take over, therefore, none of the Green Bay receivers have been putting up their normal numbers. Davante Adams has suffered the biggest blow to his numbers and will likely continue to suffer for the remainder of the season.

Kyle Rudolph-TE, Min — So far this season, Rudolph hasn’t had any “knock you out of your seat” games. He’s had a few where he could be considered a good start. However, for the majority of the year, Rudolph has consistently put up bad numbers. If there are ten teams in your league or less, stay away from Kyle Rudolph.

Injury Report:

Jameis Winston — Winston will miss this week with a shoulder injury that he suffered in week 9.

Ezekiel Elliott — Although he is not hurt, he hurt my (H) lineup with his suspension being enforced.

Mike Evans — Evans will miss this week due to a one game suspension.

Chris Hogan — During the Patriots’ week 8 matchup, Hogan suffered a shoulder injury that will likely cause him to miss a few weeks.

Zach Ertz — Keep your eye on Ertz throughout the week to see how his hamstring progresses.

Delanie Walker — Walker is listed as questionable for this week with a lingering ankle injury.
