Get ready for a festive start to the holiday season in Warriors Mark. The Warriors Mark Franklin Volunteer Fire Company will host their annual Holiday Craft Fair on November 22, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event features many handcrafted goods and community spirit. This beloved tradition, held every year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving since the 1990s, promises a delightful experience for all.
Organizer Katie Riley has been helping with the event for seven years.
“The fire company’s women’s auxiliary disbanded, and no one was going to organize the craft fair,” Riley said. “So I took it over, and I love seeing the community come support the fire company and local craft vendors. My favorite part about the craft fair is getting to meet new craft vendors who have amazing talent.”
This year’s fair will feature 40 vendors from Blair, Huntingdon, and Centre counties, each offering unique, handcrafted items. Attendees can find unique gifts, including handmade jewelry, wood carvings, festive wreaths, handmade cards, skincare products, and holiday decor, as well as a soup sale.
Phil Hoy runs GNP Turning Point Woodworking, and his wooden pens will be at the event.
“The craft fair has a lot of great vendors with unique items. For me, it is a great way to support the fire company while introducing my wooden pens to the public,” Hoy said.
Adding to the community feel, students from Tyrone Area FFA will be running a bake sale, Boy Scout Troop 104 will host a table, and the Spirit of the Clover 4H will be selling refreshing iced coffee.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Warriors Mark Franklin Volunteer Fire Company, supporting their vital services to the community.
“I remember attending the show as a kid with my mother and always loved seeing what people could create,” Riley said.
