Huntingdon obliterated the Golden Eagles by a score of 70-6 at home on Tuesday. The lone win for Tyrone was a Kyle Scott pin.
Tyrone’s other nine matches resulted in either a pin or a technical fall.
“Everyone put up a fight in their matches, but there is still a lot of work to be done,” said senior Kyle Scott.
Obviously, this isn’t the result that the Golden Eagles were looking for, but with many matches and tournaments left to wrestle, there is plenty of time for Tyrone to turn it around.
The next match for the Golden Eagles is on December 16 at home against Chestnut Ridge.
