The final promposal contest entry for 2023 is a joint promposal by Remy Fleck and Braden Ewing.

Braden and Remy both proposed to their girlfriends Addy Turek and Sidney Goodwin after the Bellwood v Tyrone track meet. They used play on words related to their girlfriend’s track events while getting each girl a rose.

Eagle Eye: Describe how you asked them to prom…

BE: Remy and I had the idea to prompose together at the Bellwood vs Tyrone track meet since both of our girlfriends jump and throw. We made a sign and bought two roses and then asked the girls after their events were over.

EE: Why did you choose this person to ask?

BE: We are both dating the promposees. (I’m dating Addy and Remy is dating Sidney)

EE: Where did you get the inspiration for the idea?

BE: I came up with the play on words. It just kinda popped into my head.

Eagle Eye: Describe your reaction to the promposal. Were you surprised? Was it funny? Romantic? Sarcastic?

Girls: It was kinda awkward for the boys as neither Remy nor Braden knew what to say. But it ended up going well and we of course said yes.

EE: Did you know that they were going to ask you or was it a total surprise?

Girls: Neither of us knew it was going to happen. We both assumed that we weren’t going to get asked, which made the surprise even better.

EE: Why should you win the contest?
