Tyrone High School students in grades 9-12 can sign up for a volunteer assignment for Community Service Day by filling out the form below.

Permission slips have already been distributed by homeroom teachers. Students MUST submit a completed and signed form in order to participate.  Any student who did not receive a permission slip should see their homeroom teacher.
