BEA Defeats Tyrone on Six Pins

Bald Eagle Area overwhelmed Tyrone on Tuesday night with an action-packed match ultimately ending with a score of 43-23.

The match was special for Tyrone head coach Quentin Wright as he was coaching against the program that he won two state titles for. Wright also was coaching against his former junior high coach Ron Guenot.

“It wasn’t too weird,” Wright said. “It was kind of fun just because I have a lot of good memories at Bald Eagle. A lot of their coaches were coaching when I was at Bald Eagle Area. So it’s fun that they can get a win on me now.”
