Sophomore Madison Coleman competing at the PIAA D6 AA Swimming Championships.

NameMadison Coleman

Sport: Swimming

Grade: 10

Accomplishments: The Golden Eagle swimmers had multiple podium winners from the PIAA D6 AA Swimming Championship held over the past weekend. Coleman placed 3rd in the 50 free and is .01 second away from breaking the record held here at TAHS. She also placed 2nd in the 100 free race and is 1/2 a second away from breaking that school record. Both the girls and boys swim teams finished 2nd at the Championships.

Coach Tom Getz Quote: “Madison had a great district meet, coming within a 100th of a second in breaking the school record in the 50 free and a ½ second off the 100 free records.  She is obviously a great swimmer in the pool, but she’s an even better teammate to everyone.  She leads by example every practice and meets.”
