Tennis Wins over Clearfield; Top 5 Singles Sweep in Victory
Girls tennis evened their record 2-2 with a 6-1 win over Clearfield last night in Clearfield. The Tyrone ladies swept all five singles matches, making it a decisive victory for the Eagles.
“We did great. All the singles won. If we keep practicing, we might win all of the singles and doubles next match,” said sophomore Winnie Grot.
The Lady Eagles will be back in action on Monday, Sept 18 at home vs. Windber.
