FaNASTY Week 9: Your Fantasy Football HQ

D’onta Foreman, Now I do know he’s probably not going to have the same game he had last year but I do expect him to do better than what he is projected at 10 points. He has a bad matchup against the Bengals who are ranked 9th against running backs but I don’t think that will top him. Even with Chubba Hubbard returning I don’t see him playing as much. D’onta Foreman is very favorable just because of his huge red zone threat.

Travis Etienne Jr, he had a good game last week getting 25.2, he saw 24 rushing attempts but very little receiving. The only thing you have to worry about is the Jaguar’s horrible offense but that won’t affect him.

Keenan Allen, if he plays, Allen will no doubt go off. For the past weeks, he’s been dealing with a hamstring injury. Midway through the game 2 weeks ago he left because he wasn’t feeling explosive like he usually does. Luckily they’re coming off a bye so that hamstring should be better. Also, his matchup is very favorable because of 2 things. 1. Mikes Williams is hurt and is possibly going to be out for more than 3 weeks. 2. The Falcons are ranked 32nd against fantasy wide receivers and that gives him a chance to just go off because he is the clear WR1.

Aaron Jones, in the past two weeks, Jones has out-snapped AJ Dillon by a longshot. His matchup is really good as well as the Packers play the Lions who are ranked 30th against fantasy running backs. Aaron Jones also has good passing usage.

Damen Harris, If you starting him then I don’t understand what you are doing. In one of my leagues, there is someone starting him and I just don’t understand why you would. At the beginning of the year, we saw some good production, but when he missed half of the Lions game in week 5 and the Browns game in week 6. We saw Rhamondre Stevenson take over the backfield.

Leonard Fournette, I just don’t see him playing well in this offense. He went from 20 carries a game at the beginning of the year to less than 10 and I think that trend will continue. His matchup doesnt really help either with the Rams being 11th ranked against fantasy defenses.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, has lost his starting job and his matchup doesnt really help either because the Titans are ranked 9th against running backs. If you have him in your lineup I recommended finding a safer floor option.

A.J. Brown, hear me out – he’s not going to do insanely terrible. Houston has the 5th best-ranked defense against fantasy receivers. Also, his matchup will hold him back because he will be defended by Derek Stingley JR who is having a top 3 (debatable) cornerback season.
