Eagle Eye Promposal Contest: I Can’t ‘Picture’ Prom Without You

Eagle Eye Promposal Contest: I Cant Picture Prom Without You

Junior Jacob Meredith wanted to surprise his girlfriend, Cassandra Friday on their six months. He knew he was going to do a promposal, but wanted to wait for the best moment to do so. Cassandra was blown away when she walked into her room and saw the letters ‘PROM’ shaped out of pictures of the couple. Meredith was holding a sign that said ”I cannot picture prom without you.”

Promposer: Jacob Meredith

Eagle Eye: Who did you ask to prom?

Jacob Meredith: Cassandra Mae Friday

EE: Describe in detail how you asked this person.

JM: I printed out a couple pictures of me and my girl and placed them into the letters that spelled out ‘prom’, and said I cannot picture prom without you. I had it planned for a couple weeks and got some help from a good friend, Kendall Gardner.

EE: Why did you choose this person to ask?

JM: So many reasons, but mainly because she’s perfect.

EE: Where did you get the inspiration for the idea?

JM: I came up with this idea on my own.

EE: What relationship do you have with this person?

JM: She’s my beautiful girlfriend and best friend.

Promposee: Cassandra Friday

Eagle Eye: Give us your side of the story. Why do you think they asked you?

Cassandra Friday: I think he asked because he wanted to make my senior year memorable and special.

EE: Describe in detail how you were asked and how you felt.

CF: I was getting food in my kitchen and Jake said he had to get something from my room. He took a while so I went upstairs, and when I opened the door, he was sitting on the ground with a sign that read ”I cannot picture prom without you” and the letters of prom was spelled out with pictures of us. I thought it was really special because it was our six months.

EE: Did you have any suspicions that you were going to be asked?

CF: I knew he’d ask because he had went to Walmart the week before but I never expected him to do it after a track meet and on that day.

EE:  Why should you win the contest?

CF: This was something original that Jake planned all on his own and I know he worked hard on it. Plus, Jake has never worked this hard on anything and I think he deserves some recognition.
