We had over 110 entries for the Eagle Eye’s first ever Pet Photo Contest. The Eagle Eye staff narrowed the field down to five cute critter finalists.  Scroll down to see interviews with each of our critter-owning finalists and vote your favorite at the bottom of the page.  The polls will be open until 11:59 pm on Friday, March 23.

EF: Almost a year old.

EF: Parakeet Birds. 

EE: Why did you decide to enter your pet?

EF: They both have beautiful blue feathers and they were perched on a swing. This made the picture.  

EE: What’s your favorite thing about your pet?

EF: Luna is trained to step on my finger and sit on my shoulder when I get her out of her cage. 

EE: What is your pets favorite toy?

EF: There a rings that hang from the top of the cage that they both love. 

EE: Why do you think your pet should win the contest?

EF: Birds are very unique animals and not many people have them as pets. They also have unique feathers that make them stand out.

JB: 16 years old.

JB: Horse.

EE: Why did you decide to enter your pet?

JB: He was the first horse I ever had, the one I learned to ride.

JB: How chill he is.

JB: He dosent have a favorite toy, but his favorite game is “Try to catch me”.

JB: Deja Should win the contest because he’s basically a giant dog- one that any dog owner would trade their own for!
