The Tyrone indoor percussion ensemble performed at Glendale High School this past weekend and placed first in their division with a total score of 70.75. The guard placed fourth with a total score of 63.80.

This show marks the halfway point of the indoor season with a total of three competitions remaining: Westmont Hilltop, Johnstown, and the TIA chapter championships at Central Cambria High School.

In the current TIA rankings the percussion team is ranked 15th with a 70.75 and the guard is ranked 22nd with a 63.80. The percussion ensemble dropped two spots while the guard got their current rank after the guard changed classes.

The indoor percussion and indoor guard will not travel to any competitions this weekend due to the Tyrone Irish Parade on March 19th.

The band would like to invite everyone to come see them perform at the Irish Heritage Celebration this weekend.
