Senior Spotlight: Lady Eagles Softball Team

Four Tyrone seniors will graduate this spring from the Tyrone Lady Eagles softball team.

Three of the four girls have started every varsity game since the start.

“All four of them grew throughout the season and each added their own spark to our team. Beth was our on and off-field leader, Emma was a “vacuum” over at first base, Maci often played two positions a game in 3rd base and right field, and Emily brought incredible energy and fire to our team,” said Tyrone Head Coach Hilary Soellner.

Each senior had a special place on the team and was a big role model for the younger girls. They will be greatly missed and will go on to achieve great things.

“I will miss them very much and I’m honored I was able to be their head coach, if only for one more year,” said Soellner.
