March Madness: Final Four Update and Champion
With another weekend of college basketball, there was another weekend of upsets. The eighth seed Kentucky took down the second seed Michigan in a nail biter. While Shabazz Napier led the seventh seeded UCONN to defeat Michigan State.
The upsets brought new leaders to the Eagle Eye pool while three games remain in the tournament.
Sophomore Anna Baran was able to retake the throne and win our first Bracket Challenge. Half of her Final Four picks remain with Florida and Wisconsin, but only Florida was chosen to be in the championship.
In second place there is a tie between the gym teacher, Mr. Owens, and Junior Andrew Hockenberry.
Mr. Owens and Andrew are on the same boat as Anna, choosing Florida as his champion, while the Final Four is only 50% correct.
The only possible winner of the Challenge is Anna, while second and third place are still undetermined.
Thanks to everyone that entered the challenge! We will update the standings after each of the games on Saturday.
