Freshman of the week Chris Escala is enjoying the transition to high school, he likes the cafe, and his classes are going well so far.

Eagle Eye: What is the biggest transition from middle school to high school in your opinion?

Christopher Escala: “Well, the food is a heck of a lot better.”

EE: Do you have any sports or extracurricular activities you are excited to continue into high school?

CE: “Track, basketball.”

EE: What is something you will miss about middle school?

CE: “Mr. Gary Aharrah had a dope science class.”

EE: What is something you didn’t expect about high school?

CE: “It’s not that bad, everything is pretty simple.”

EE: What is your favorite thing about being in high school so far?

CE: “Definitely the cafe.”

EE: What is your favorite thing to do?

CE: “Play basketball.”

EE: What/who is your favorite song/artist right now?

CE: “Real- NF”

EE: Who is your favorite teacher, why?

CE: “Ms. Budny is pretty dope.”

EE: What advice would you give to next year’s freshman?

CE: “Don’t procrastinate and don’t fall behind in Mrs. Burket’s class, once she goes over it once, there is no going back.”
