While most students go out of their way to do an extravagant promposal, junior Levi Walk, fluttered with anxiety, found a way to ask his girl with little to no effort. After taking a stroll through the arboretum at Penn State University and taking pictures, Levi asked his girlfriend and TAHS grad Gina Gavazzi to Prom by popping the question randomly. Gina was shocked to get asked. The couple wanted to do something against the stereotypical, lovey dovey promposals.

We had a chance to sit down and talk with the couple about their promposal:

Promposer: Levi Walk

Eagle Eye: Who did you ask to go to prom with?

Levi Walk: Gina Gavazzi

EE: Describe in detail how you asked them.

LW: Well first, the ole’ Ginster and I took a little stroll down to the arboretum and snapped some pictures. Then I asked her to join me at prom.

EE: Why did you choose this person?

LW: She wouldn’t stop asking me

EE: Where did you get the inspiration to ask?

LW: We were think of something against the typical “over the top” promposals

EE: What relationship do you have with this person?

LW: Ella es mi novia

Promposee: Gina Gavazzi

EE: Give us your side of the story. Why do you think they asked you?

Gina Gavazzi: We’ve been really good friends. He’s like a brother to me.

EE: Describe in detail how you were asked and how you felt.

GG: He asked me and I was overcome with joy.

EE: Did you ave any suspicions that you were going to be asked my them?

GG: Quite a surprise to be frank.

EE: Why should you win the contest?

GG: Because he put so much time and effort into this. He really deserves it. Please. Please. I’m begging you.
