Eagle Eye Promposal Contest: Be my BOO?

Junior Trevor Fink put a lot of time and effort into his promposal to his girlfriend Amanda Witherow. Trevor considered the fact that her favorite movie is Monsters Inc., and wondered how he could work Monsters Inc., into his promposal.

Trevor used his mother’s cute, little, Star-lite twirlers, at the end of their competition, to help him impress his girlfriend. Trevor approached Amanda with the twirlers, flowers, a Mike Wazowski plush toy and a sign that read “Will you be my boo and go to PROM with me?” of course, leaving the only answer she could say was YES!

Promposer: Trevor Fink

EE: How did you ask them?

TF: “My mother’s twirling group, the Star-lite twirlers, were performing at Glendale High School for the twirling competition. Two of her girls dressed as Mike and Sully (Amanda’s favorite movie is Monsters Inc.,) accompanied with flowers and a Mike W. plush doll. When the competition was over my girlfriend, who was there watching the competition with a friend, was standing in the gym talking, I walked in and presented my question.”

EE: Why did you choose this person to ask?

TF: “My female counterpart, whom is I adore!”

EE: Where did you get the inspiration for the idea?

TF: “Her favorite movie is Monsters Inc..”

EE: What relationship do you have with this person?

TF: “Girlfriend”

Promposee: Amanda Witherow

EE: Give your side of the story. Why do you think they asked you?

AW: “I was asked because he my boo thang and I wasn’t sure when he was going to ask.”

EE: Describe in detail how you were asked and how you felt.

AW: “It was very cute with the girls in the Mike W. and Sully outfits and I was very surprised.

EE: Did you have any suspicions that you were going to be asked by them?

AW: “Yes, we were talking about going to his (Trevor’s) prom together.”

EE: Why should you win the contest?

AW: “I believe we should win the contest because plenty of average work was put into this promposal. I mean, who else has had people dressed in costume and have such a great turn out?”
