Junior Makenzie Stauffer was chosen as this weeks athlete of the week.

Name: Makenzie Stauffer

Sport: Track

Grade: 11

Accomplishments:

Makenzie placed 3rd in the 100 meter hurdles at the 90th Shippensburg Invitational on Saturday, against 40 other teams. Makenzie also won the 110 & 300 meter hurdles Monday night against rival Bellwood-Antis.

Makenzie: Track and Field day in Elementary & Middle school

Makenzie: Cheerleading

Makenzie: Team U.S.A.

Makenzie: Lolo Jones

Makenzie: Mr Shedd. He has pushed me the whole way and taught me to overcome any obstacle I am faced with

Makenzie: Always strive to be the best. Never settle for anything less

Makenzie: Go to college to get my degree and become a Registered Nurse.
