Promposals are a new trend that hit Tyrone High School last year.  A promposal is asking your date to prom with some kind of big gesture: props, signs, humor or anything creative.

Last year we had 21 promposals entered into our contest, and this year we are looking to have just as many if not more.

All TAHS students attending the prom are eligible to enter.  To submit your promposal to the Eagle Eye, send us picture(s) via Instagram, Twitter, email, or stop by the Eagle Eye news room (room 230) during first or sixth period.

The contest will begin on Monday, February 29th and continue through the end of April.

All students will have an opportunity vote for their favorite promposal during the first week in May.

The winners of the 2016 Promposal Contest will receive FREE PROM FLOWERS (wrist corsage and boutonniere) courtesy of Peterman’s Flower Shop in Altoona.
