Sports physicals for all TASD middle and high school winter sports athletes will be held on Wednesday, November 12th, beginning at 8 am.

Students in grades 7-12 who are interested in playing a winter sport for Tyrone can receive their athletic physical on November 12th in the nurse’s office.

Students who have registered will be called down by grade level.

Parents and students must create an account on PlanetHS and have all documents completed by Monday, November 10th.

The Athletic Office will print the Section 6 and the physical form. If the athlete has already participated in a fall sport, only a section 7 re-certification must be completed.

Student-athletes who use their own doctor can upload their completed physical form to Big Teams. All athletic physicals for the 2025-2026 school year must occur after May 30, 2025.
