Tyrone looks for revenge against Bald Eagle after last seasons double loses
The Tyrone boys played Bald Eagle on Friday night in a Mountain league conference game.

The past is the past though as Tyrone beat Bald Eagle 75-58.
Tyrone came out sluggish only leading 19-17 at the end of the first.
However, they managed to hold the Bald Eagles to just five points in the second quarter.
In the 4th with 4:00 minutes to go starting point guard Pooky Soellner fouled out of the game. Tyrone remained in the game though, and pulled out the W.

“With Pooky [our best free throw shooter] being out of the game towards the end I knew I had to step up and make foul shots.”, Said Politza .Politza managed to lead his team with points, Scoring 29 points.
Fellow team mate Tristan Lingafelt also managed to rack up the points scoring 19 points. Tristan made an accomplishment of nailing six three pointers and going one for two at the foul line.
“Defense was the motor. It let us push the ball on offense and got me some open shots.”, Said Lingafelt. “Everyone played well.”
Tyrone improves to 9-1 on the season and is looking to add to it. Tyrone looks to keep it professional as they take on the 8-2 Penns valley Rams away on Wednesday the 14th. Tip-off is at 7:00pm.
