The Tyrone Lady Eagles Varsity Soccer team traveled to Philipsburg Osceola on Tuesday, October 14th, to take on the winless Lady Mounties.
Tyrone came into this game knowing it would be an easy matchup. Tyrone had played them in their second game of the season on August 27 and shut them out 7-0. This time the Lady Eagles dominated again, winning 6-0.
In the first quarter, Tyrone came out hot. Sophomore Cadence Berry scored first, then senior Hailey Loupe scored, making the score 2-0.
Tyrone ended the half with a 2-0 lead.
“We played well and kept up the intensity throughout the game,” senior Jaysa Carns said.
In the second half, Tyrone showed out and scored 4 more goals. Cadence Berry got her second goal of the game, and Jaysa Carns, Marissa Cacciotti, and Maya Plummer each got a goal.
