Clearfield came out of the gate on fire en route to a 79-45 victory.

Clearfield seniors Tommy Hazel and Will Myers played a huge part in Clearfield’s hot start. Hazel scored 26 points while Myers scored 25.

For Tyrone, junior Dylan Thomas led with 13 points and Parker Mitchell scored 10. Senior Bigman Michael Lewis also scored 10 for the Golden Eagle.

“They have multiple guys that can beat you. They space the floor, they drive, they kick. They’re a seasoned group. We threw multiple looks at them tonight, and nothing slowed them down,” Said Tyrone’s head coach, George Gripp.
