The Tyrone tennis team continued their season long losing streak, as they lost 4-1 at Bishop McCort.
Tyrone’s lone victory came from the second doubles game, where juniors Caden Harris and JuJu Fisher won in straight sets 6-3 and 6-4.
The Golden Eagles weren’t competitive in any of their single’s games, as no one won more than one game in a set. Tyrone seniors Logan Harpster and Tyler Weston lost in straight sets as well, but had a more competitive second set where they lost 6-4.
Despite going 0-12 so far this season, the boys are all improving their game, but with most of the team being first time tennis players, it is difficult to win matches against experienced players from other schools.
The Golden Eagles return to the courts at Bedford on Tuesday April 22nd.
