The Tyrone High School Prom Committee will hold their first meeting on Wednesday, February 2 at 3 pm in room 231.

All TAHS juniors and seniors are eligible to be on the committee.

Interested students should see Ms. Markel (Room 231) or Ms. McLarren (Room110) and/or attend the meeting on Wednesday.

Members of the prom committee are responsible for deciding on the theme, making decisions on decorations, and helping to decorate the facility.

There is no limit to the number of students who can serve on the prom committee but the advisors require those interested to dedicate time to help plan and decorate for the event.

Students must attend the majority of meetings to be eligible to help decorate the venue, which usually is done the day before prom.

Most meetings will be right after school. There will be at least two meetings each month and a few additional meetings closer to the date of prom.
