The time has come again for Tyrone’s annual spring blood drive. The student council sponsored blood drive will take place on Thursday, April 23 from 8:30 to 2:00 and will be held in the high school gymnasium.

All community members are welcome to donate, walk-ins are welcome. Students are encouraged to donate, but must be at least 16 years old with parent permission.

Sign-ups for students will begin April 13 during all lunches and will continue throughout the week.

Students who have a sporting event the day of the blood drive can not participate in the game if they donate blood. Also, students who are sick or may have recently been sick may not be eligible to donate.
