Eagle Eye: How long have you been teaching?
Mrs. Megan Hartman: 6 years
E.E.: Have you always taught at Tyrone? If not, where else have you taught?
MH: Midd-West School District, 2 years. Tyrone, 3 going on 4 years.
E.E.: What is your favorite memory as a teacher?
MH: Any time a former students takes the time to visit my class to catch up & fill me in about what’s going on in their lives. I love seeing the person that they have become & hearing about their accomplishments.
E.E.: If you weren’t teaching right now, what would you be doing?
MH: Staying at home with my one-year-old son – trying to save my house from his destructive tendencies.
E.E.: Where did you attend college?
MH: Penn State
E.E.: What is your favorite book?
MH: Pride & Prejudice
E.E.: What is your favorite sport and sports team?
MH: My favorite sport is field hockey. Myt favorite sports team are the Steelers, Duke basketball, and, of course, Penn State.
