As president of the Tyrone Grandview Cemetery Assoc. we wish to thank the 30+ students who performed their community service at this 7 1/2 acre Historic Cemetery. The students worked very hard and got to enjoy cookies and no-bakes and gatorade before departing back to school. I’m sure the families who have loved ones buried there will be happy to see the great condition the Tyrone High School students put the cemetery in. They raked leaves, leveled a grave and cleaned up brush.
As a member of the school board, I thank all the Tyrone Students who participated in the Community Cleanup Day. You not only excel in the classroom but also in your community. We have a great school and you are the reason. You should be TYRONE GOLDEN EAGLE PROUD!!!!!
