Eagle Eye: What does working within Tyrone school district mean to you?

Officer Bub: I appreciate working in the community that I grew up in.

EE: How have you gone above and beyond to help your students? 

OB: I try to incorporate a personal relationship with every student.

EE: What is your favorite thing about working with students?

OB: Their honesty and sincerity keep me young.

EE: What is the most important part of your job?

OB: Helping make students in a better mood and make their day better.

EE: How can other teachers and staff members be an inspiration to their students and other members of the community, either within or outside the school?

OB: Be real and treat them as equals “not look down on them.”

EE: Who inspired you to become the teacher or staff member you are? 

OB: Teachers and police officers that I grew up around and also life experiences in general.
