Eagle Eye: Who is your character for the musical?

John Isenberg: Kenickie

EE: Is this your first show? If not, what others have you done?

JI: No. I did Newsies, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, and Broadway in Song. 

EE: What are you looking forward to in the musical?

JI: Being able to spend more time with my friends.

EE: What are you most nervous about on show night?

JI: Getting the choreography right and my voice not cracking.

EE: What is your favorite song in the musical?

JI: Greased Lightnin’ or We Go Together

EE: Who is your favorite character in the show besides your own?

JI: Danny Zuko

EE: Why did you choose to be a part of the musical?

JI: I love being part of things like this and Grease is one of my favorite movies. 

EE: Why should people come to see “Grease (School Version)”?

JI: It’s going to be one of the best shows to date and the cast is loaded with talent. This year’s show is going to be electric.

Weston O’Shell: Doody

EE: Is this your first show? If not, what others have you done?

WO: No: Newsies, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Broadway in Song

WO: Singing Greased Lightnin’ with the guys

EE: What are you most nervous about on show night?

WO: Voice cracking mid-song

EE: What is your favorite song in the musical?

WO: Greased Lightnin’

EE: Who is your favorite character in the show besides your own?

WO: Kenickie

EE: Why did you choose to be a part of the musical?

WO: I love music and singing

EE: Why should people come to see “Grease (School Version)”?

WO: It will be a great show that will entertain all ages!

Braden Ewing: Roger

EE: Is this your first show? If not, what others have you done?

BE: No, Newsies

EE: What are you looking forward to in the musical?

BE: Putting on a great show in front of a live audience. Watching everyone show off their acting and musical talents.

EE: What are you most nervous about on show night?

BE: Hitting the correct notes during my songs, blanking on lines.

EE: What is your favorite song in the musical?

BE: Greased Lightning

EE: Who is your favorite character in the show besides your own?

BE: Danny

EE: Why did you choose to be a part of the musical?

BE: It’s my senior year and I enjoyed being a part of Newsies, so I figured I would come back for one more. It gives me an opportunity to perform and practice with some long-time friends. 

EE: Why should people come to see “Grease (School Version)”?

BE: The cast is loaded with talent, and there are some hilarious scenes within the script.

Eagle Eye: Who is your character for the musical?

Ryleigh Holmes: Sonny LaTierri

EE: Is this your first show? If not, what others have you done?

RH: This is my second show I was in. I was in last year’s “Broadway in Song” but I was backstage for “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown!”

EE: What are you looking forward to in the musical?

RH: I’m looking forward to spending time with my fellow cast members and having a great time!

EE: What are you most nervous about on show night?

RH: I’m most nervous about my lines and choreography, but the lines make me more nervous.

EE: What is your favorite song in the musical?

RH: “Greased Lightnin'”

EE: Who is your favorite character in the show besides your own?

RH: Kenickie, he is the tough and cool guy and everyone looks up to him and fears him as the second in command.

EE: Why did you choose to be a part of the musical?

RH: I chose to be part of the musical because I enjoyed doing it last year and was excited to have a chance at being a Burger Palace Boy.

EE: Why should people come to see “Grease (School Version)”?

RH: We put a ton of work into it and it’s a great story!

Evan Chichester is a junior and this will be his first year working in Eagle Eye. Evan is involved in POPS Extension and the Tyrone Boys Soccer Team. He enjoys trying new food, playing soccer, talking with his friends, and singing with his music group. Evan’s plans after high school are to get a business degree or any form of art degree. He hopes that in the future he will be able to own his personal coffee and breakfast cafe. When not in school, he’s always doing something, whether it will be training for his next soccer match or drawing art with some music playing in the background.
