Meet the Cast of Grease: Danny and Sandy

The show will be performed on Friday, April 5th, and Saturday, April 6th in the Tyrone High School auditorium. Tickets are on sale now at the high school main office.

Eagle Eye: Who is your character for the musical?

Austin White: Danny Zuko

EE: Is this your first show? If not, what others have you done?

AW: No, I have been a part of “How to Succeed…, ” “Newsies,” “You’re a Good Man…,” and “Broadway in Song.”

EE: What are you looking forward to in the musical?

AW: It’s a very energetic show that has a lot of great music.

EE: What are you most nervous about on show night?

AW: I’m worried about botching the high notes.

EE: What is your favorite song in the musical?

AW: “Greased Lightnin”

EE: Who is your favorite character in the show besides your own?

AW: Kenickie

EE: Why did you choose to be a part of the musical?

AW: I love singing and it’s even better to do it alongside my friends.

EE: Why should people come to see “Grease (School Version)”?

AW: It’ll be a night to remember.

Rosie McKernan: Sandy Dumbrowski

EE: Is this your first show? If not, what others have you done?

RM: This is my 3rd show in TAHS Drama Club, I was in Charlie Brown and last year’s musical 

EE: What are you looking forward to in the musical?

RM: To start acting again and do what I love 

EE: What are you most nervous about on show night?

RM: That I’m going to forget my lines or laugh

EE: What is your favorite song in the musical?

RM: Summer Nights 

EE: Who is your favorite character in the show besides your own?

RM: Frenchy 

EE: Why did you choose to be a part of the musical?

RM: It’s my other family, it’s everything I could ever need in life 

EE: Why should people come to see “Grease (School Version)”?

RM: It is just as good as the movie

Evan Chichester is a junior and this will be his first year working in Eagle Eye. Evan is involved in POPS Extension and the Tyrone Boys Soccer Team. He enjoys trying new food, playing soccer, talking with his friends, and singing with his music group. Evan’s plans after high school are to get a business degree or any form of art degree. He hopes that in the future he will be able to own his personal coffee and breakfast cafe. When not in school, he’s always doing something, whether it will be training for his next soccer match or drawing art with some music playing in the background.
