“Mike has served in various leadership positions over the past two years in the Emergency Services class developing leadership skills, advising on future equipment needs, and repairing, maintaining, and organizing the vast inventory of complicated and most times very expensive tools and equipment. Mike has earned certifications in Advanced First Aid/ CPR, Tactical First Aid, Incident Management, HazMat, Active Shooter Response, Fire Suppression, Rescue, and is qualified as a member of the Blair County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).”

EE: What is your favorite GACTC memory? Why?
MC: ”My first field trip.”
EE: What do you like about the program that you’re in?
MC: “The atmosphere of the classroom.”
EE: Do you have any advice for future GACTC students?
MC: “Get your license so when you don’t have school at GACTC you can come in late.”
EE: What are your post-graduation plans?
MC: “Saint Francis University”
