Tyrone defeated Central 3-0 on Thursday, September 17 on Tyrone’s senior night.

Because of the uncertainty with the season, Tyrone had their senior night at the beginning of the season. Tyrone had their senior night outside of the middle school doors, so the parents could watch and walk with them.

In the first set against Central, the Lady Eagles had high energy and knew they could get on top of Central in points. For the first couple of points, Tyrone was scrappy, until they focused on what they wanted and they achieved it. The set ended 25-16.

The next set the Lady Eagles went into it with the same energy and confidence. Tyrone soars above Central and wins the set 25-15.

In the last set, Tyrone knew they had to win this set to get what they wanted. The lady eagles took the lead 13-5. Tyrone won the set at 25-15.

Scores were 25-16,25-15,25-15. Tyrone JV wins 2-0 (25-16, 25-14). Tyrone improves to 2-1 overall and 2-1 in the mountain league.
