The Tyrone Girls Soccer team ended their regular season vs Hollidaysburg with a 2-2 tie.
They were powered by two goals, one by Kadence Bery and another by Hailey Loupe, and good goaltending by Pyper Sparklin.
“I thought the game went pretty well. I’m glad we made it to semi-finals because I don’t want the season to be over yet,” Tyrone Senior Jaysa Carns said.
Neither team was able to score in either overtime period. and the game ended in a tie.
They had a good game and made it through a rough regular season, but they look to rebound in the district playoffs.
The game is a preview of the girls first first-round playoff game that will be held next week at Hollidaysburg. The tie should give the girls confidence moving into the playoffs.
