JG: It has made me a more level-headed person and taught me the value of having good people by your side

EE: What would you say to people who want to be part of the band?

JG: Do it as soon as you can, don’t hold yourself back. Starting something is often the hardest part

JG: Don’t quit. The easiest way to ensure you get better is to play all the time. Practice what feels uncomfortable and awkward to you, not what you are good at.

JG: It’s all fun and games until 3 to 5’s come
