Freshman Spotlight: Clifford Beck

The freshman of the week for 1/7/19 is Clifford Beck. Beck plays football and will run track in the spring.

Eagle Eye: What is the biggest transition from middle school to high school in your opinion?

Clifford Beck: “The amount of movement from class to class.”

EE: Do you have any sports or extracurricular activities you are excited to continue into high school?

CB: “Football and track.”

EE: What is something you will miss about middle school?

CB: “A lot of the teachers made an impact on me in middle school and I’ll never have those classes again.”

EE: What is something you didn’t expect about high school?

CB: “Honestly, 9th grade has been easier than any other grade in Middle School.”

EE: What is your favorite thing about being in high school so far?

CB: “There is a lot more freedom and more opportunities.”

EE: Which class is the most difficult? Why?

CB: “Science because it has just required the most work.”

EE: What is your favorite thing to do?

CB: “Nothing, I have school, and school is school, not terrible, not amazing.”

EE: What/who is your favorite song/artist right now?

CB: “Guitar Guy, he’s a substitute teacher.”

EE: Who is your favorite teacher, why?

CB: “Mrs. Budny because she doesn’t sugar coat things.”

EE: What advice would you give to next year’s freshman?

CB: “It might suck at times, but we only have four years to enjoy it.”
