Name: Hannah Gabel
Eagle Eye: Tell us a little bit about yourself.
HG: “My name is Hannah, I’m 14 years old, and I have a little brother and a dog.”
EE: What is the biggest transition from middle school to high school in your opinion?
HG: “It’s probably the schedule change. The periods are shorter and you have more classes.”
EE: Who is someone you look up to? Why? (Athlete, Artist, Peer, etc)
HG: “I look up to my mom. She is just someone I strive to be like.”
EE: What do you feel is your biggest accomplishment?
HG: “One of my biggest accomplishments would be winning Regionals and States with the Marching Band and the Championship for Indoor Percussion all in my 8th grade year.”
EE: Which class is the most difficult? Why?
HG: “I think history. I don’t really like the subject and we get a lot of work.”
EE: What is your favorite thing about being in high school so far?
HG: “The freedom. You don’t move with your whole class anymore and you have your own schedule.”
EE: Do you have any sports or extracurricular activities you are excited to participate in inside/outside of school?
HG: “I’m involved in a lot of band activities.”
EE: What are your future goals?
HG: “I would like to go to a nice college and get a job in the medical field.”
EE: What advice would you give to next year’s freshmen?
HG: “That you shouldn’t worry. It’s much easier than you might think. I like it better than middle school!”
