Name: Aidan Luther
Eagle Eye: Tell us a little bit about yourself.
AL: I run Cross Country and Track for the school and I swim and golf as well. Outside of school, I enjoy skiing and spending time at my farm and with my family.
EE: What is the biggest transition from middle school to high school in your opinion?
AL: The biggest transition for me would be the new schedule. Having periods instead of blocks is a lot better, but I do have more homework to do now.
EE: Who is someone you look up to? Why? (Athlete, Artist, Peer, etc)
AL: I would say I look up to my parents the most. They always encourage me to do my best and are there for me if I need them.
EE: What do you feel is your biggest accomplishment?
AL: One of my biggest accomplishments would be parking a gravity wagon without wrecking it. That’s a pretty big deal if you know anything about how gravity wagons work.
EE: Which class is the most difficult? Why?
AL: English class is the most difficult because I have the most homework for that class and a lot of it doesn’t make sense.
EE: What is your favorite thing about being in high school so far?
AL: Having more flexibility and freedom.
EE: Do you have any sports or extracurricular activities you are excited to participate in inside/outside of school?
AL: I am excited for the upcoming track season.
EE: What are your future goals?
AL: Graduate from college and become either a mechanical engineer or an agricultural engineer, then work for John Deere, Ford, or an agricultural company.
EE: What advice would you give to next year’s freshmen?
AL: Use your time wisely. There’s an hour in the morning strictly for schoolwork. Use it. Also, do not procrastinate. If there is a major assignment to do, don’t wait until the last day to do it.
