Eagle Eye: Tell us a little bit about yourself?
Sway Cornelius: A little bit about me is I am a competitive dancer at Dance Fusion in Tyrone.
EE: What is the biggest transition from middle school to high school in your opinion?
SC: The biggest transition from middle school to high school in my opinion is getting work turned in on time because if it’s late you get half credit.
EE: What is something you didn’t expect about highschool?
SC: Something I didn’t expect about high school not being able to be on our phones more.
EE: Which class is the most difficult? Why?
SC: In my opinion, Spanish is the most difficult because there are so many different ways to say the same word.
EE: What is your favorite thing about being in highschool so far?
SC: My favorite thing about high school so far is being able to have more freedom in a sense and see more of my friends who are older than me?
EE: Do you have any sports or extracurricular activities you are excited to continue into highschool?
SC: I am excited to continue dancing through high school and hopefully continue it in college as well.
EE: What are your future goals?
SC: My future goal is to become a business owner. The business I would choose to own would be a bakery or hair salon.
EE: What advice would you give to next year’s freshman?
SC: The advice I would give to next year’s freshmen would just be respectful to your peers and teachers. Although you may not be friends with everyone and that’s totally okay, just be nice because what goes around comes around.
