Eagle Eye: What is your biggest transition from middle school to high school?
Mara Focht: The amount of work teachers give us and expect from us is a lot.
EE: What do you like most about high school? Why?
MF: Having classes with other grades, because I’ve become friends with a lot of them.
EE: What is your hardest class this year? Why?
MF: History because it’s hard to keep up with the work.
EE: Who is your favorite teacher? Why?
MF: Mrs. Hoy because we have a lot of fun in her class.
EE: Are you involved in any extracurricular activities? If so, what are they?
MF: Track, NHS, FFA, YAN
EE: What are your plans after you graduate?
MF: I know I want to attend college for either nursing or the agriculture field.
EE: What is your favorite sports team? Why?
MF: Chicago Cubs because the players are involved in a lot of organizations, and they are pretty good.
EE: What is your favorite movie?
MF: The Sandlot!
EE: If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Why?
MF: I’d eat pasta because it’s really good.
EE: If you could be any superhero, who would it be? Why?
MF: Supergirl because she is confident.
