FFA Senior Spotlight: Allison Miller

Tiffany Hoy

Alllison Miller

Just like every other group in the high school there comes a time where you have to say goodbye.

Senior Allison Miller will be graduating this year. Allison brings a smile into the ag room every day and always is the first to take part in the activities provided. This is her third year being a part of the Tyrone FFA chapter. She will finish her last year taking the NOCTI and her last ag courses.

What was the reason you joined FFA?

Allison Miller: “I fell in love with the classes and the environment surrounding it. The places that we go to and the activities we take part in are so much fun, and the fact that Mrs. Hoy gets us involved in the community makes it any better. It has been a blast being a part of this chapter.”

What was your greatest accomplishment throughout the chapter and or organization?

AM: “My greatest accomplishment was receiving my jacket, and having the opportunity to represent our chapter even though I may just have a small role.”

What are your plans after you graduate?

AM: “I plan to go to UPJ and get my doctors degree in microbiology.”

What is your best memory within the chapter?

AM:”I loved being close with Mrs. Hoy. She has taught me so much about myself and the world. She taught me to be a good person and how to have good goals, and that is what makes me so thankful for her.”

Ally has a great future ahead of her and we are very thankful to have her within our chapter for the last couple of years. We wish you the best of luck in whatever the future holds with you.
