Tyrone seniors Duane Boone and Bry Taylor will interview the coolest people they can find throughout the halls of Tyrone

Eli Sleeth

“The Crew”: Duane Boone, Silas Crowford and Bry Taylor.

Duane & Bry: So far has your senior year started as you expected?

SwaggyP: We won the D6 title game, so yes.

D&B: What is your game plan after graduation?

SP: Culinary Arts, and possibly own my own restaurant.

D&B:What do you think was the difference from the past few years?

SP: The coaching staff and dedication to the team played a huge role.

D&B: How close were you and your QB?

SP: Closer than PB & J.

D&B: How did you improve in your position from the past few years, going back to junior high?

SP: I learned how to run routes more smoothy, and how I don’t have to be the fastest kid out there to get open.

D&B: Favorite NFL player?

SP: Megatron because he reminds me a lot of myself. Tall, fast, ridiculous hands, and humble. Just kidding I’m only 2 two of those things, you can guess which ones?

D&B: Who was your favorite coach?

SP: Coach Elvey, Coach Wilson, Coach Lechner, Coach Latchford and Coach McNeil are all equally legit.

D&B: What got you into to playing football?

SP: One day the salt shaker fell off the kitchen table and I straight palmed it before hitting the ground, at the age of 7. So I became a receiver.

D&B: Why is your nickname Max?

SP: Because I have the swaggiest hair.

D&B: How do people view you differently with the new hair style?

SP: I’ve got called a Marine a few times.

D&B: Who are the best athletes you’ve played with as teammates?

SP:  Duane and Nick Getz, my fellow receivers. I like to view you as a Brandon Marshall type, and Nick as a Alshon Jeffery.

D&B: What is the funniest moment that has happened during the season?

SP: Everything Coach Elvey said would make you lose your breath with laughter.
