Dance Fusion will celebrate its 22nd dance season this weekend with the annual spring recital “Ready? Let’s Go”
“Recital is always a bittersweet moment. I’m looking forward to seeing all of the dancers and all of their hard work from the past year come to life on stage,” said Owner and Artistic Director Lindsay Pullara. “It’s also hard saying goodbye to the students who have been with us for so long and are graduating.
The recital will honor the three graduating seniors, Alivia Anderson, Kacie Norris from Williamsburg, and Sydney Zlupko from State College.
The show will also feature the hardworking dancers who’ve been learning and rehearsing their dances since January.
“To my dancers, you’ve practiced, you’ve prepared, and now it’s time to shine. Trust your training, feel the music, and dance your heart out,” said Pullara.
The recital will consist of a variety of styles, such as ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, acro, modern, contemporary, and musical theatre.
“If you’re in the audience tune in and tune out everything else around, you just enjoy the show,” said Pullara.
The recital will be held in the Tyrone Area High School Auditorium on May 24. There will be two separate performances, 1 PM and 6 PM.
Tickets are reserved but will be sold at the door for $15.
