Editor’s Note: This is the final ‘D.B. Featuring’ story of the 2013 football season.  To close out the season, D.B. will interview D.B.  Yes, you the reader will get to read Duane Boone’s inner dialog with that little voice inside his head, which apparently Duane calls “Prince Charming.”  Enjoy!

Duane Boone is an amazing guy. He’s the best at what he does. He works and works to be the best player out there on the field.

D.B: Why are you so good looking?

Prince Charming: “I don’t know I just go about life and my looks come to me.”

D.B: who’s your favorite person in life?

Prince Charming: “Probably that D.B guy from the Tyrone Eagle Eye.”

D.B: How do you feel getting ready for your senior year of football?

Prince Charming: “I feel great, my confidence is up right now coming off the season I just had.”

D.B: How do you feel about the seniors that are graduating this year?

Prince Charming: “I wish them the best of luck in their future. It’s kind of sad to see them leave because we became so close but I hope our brother bond never ends.”

D.B: what would you say to the kids that are coming up?

Prince Charming: “Get ready for an amazingly long season and dedicate yourself to the weight room now. Also leave every moment you can on the field because it goes by fast.”

D.B: What was your favorite moment on the field this year?

Prince Charming: “After Eli’s interception during Bald Eagle I was so pumped and the quarter back hiked the ball and the running back ran right up the middle, but got stopped in his path by a stone wall (Me).”

D.B: what should we look forward next year from our Golden Eagles?

Prince Charming: “Hard hitting Tyrone football that we are so used to seeing.”
