Name: Winnie Grot

Grade: 11
Accomplishments: Grot has a very successful tennis season, finishing second in districts and was awarded the Mountain League MVP Award for the 2018 girls tennis season. A tri-athlete, Grot’s first sports season has come to an end and now she is focusing on cheerleading and softball.

Winnie Grot: “My mom signed me up for lessons.”

WG: Meeting new people.
EE: What is your greatest memory from this sport?
WG: Winning the MVP title this year, with our team winning the Mt. League title & my favorite comeback win, “only 4 more points”.. (if you know, you know).
EE: What is your greatest motivation to succeed?
WG: My parents, who motivate me to play harder.
EE: What advice would you give younger athletes?
WG: Set goals and work hard to achieve them.

WG: Go to college and study sports medicine.
