Athlete of the Week: Sam Crilly
Name: Sam Crilly
Sport: Basketball
Grade: Sophomore
Accomplishments: Crilly has been a part-time starter for the Golden Eagles at the point and shooting guard positions. He is especially effective from beyond the three-point line. In one of his best games of the season, he had six three-pointers in one half against Clearfield. He also led the team in scoring with 14 points in a close one-point loss against Hollidaysburg.
Eagle Eye: How did you first get involved in this sport?
SC: I started playing basketball on my Fisher Price hoop in the living room when I was younger.
SC: What other sport(s) or other activities are you involved in?
SC: National Honor Society, and lifting with Nick Getz

SC: My parents because they always believe in me and push me to be the best I can be.
