Nic Light was a starter his sophomore and junior year. He pitched and played first base. Nic was looking forward to coming in relief to pitch for the Golden Eagles this year. He pitched 6 innings last year in relief only allowing 5 hits and recorded 6 strikeouts.

Nic Light: “I’ve been playing since I was five.”

NL: “Cross Country”

NL: “Pittsburgh Steelers”

NL: “Cody Bellinger”
EE: Who is your hero? Why?
NL: “Jim Valvano because he lived out his dream even though he had cancer. He never gave up.”

NL: “Luke Combs”

NL: “Central Intelligence”

NL: “Steak”
EE: What advice would you give younger athletes?
NL: “Don’t waste any time, it could end in any instant.”
