Accomplishments:

Madison Coleman has been stellar this season for the girls swimming team. Out of the 12 events she has swam in, she has placed 1st in 11 of them. She also has a second place finish in a individual race (not including relay team).

Eagle Eye: How did you first get involved in this sport?

Madison Coleman: “My friends asked me to join summer swim when I was 8 and I have been swimming ever since.”

EE: What other sports do you play?

MC: “Softball”

EE: Favorite professional sports team?

MC: “Atlanta Braves”

EE: Favorite professional athlete?

MC: “Michael Phelps” 

EE: Who is your hero? Why?

MC: “My parents and grandparents. They are always there to support me and my team and my biggest fans.”

EE: Favorite band /musician?

MC: “Twenty One Pilots”

EE: Favorite movie?

MC: “That 70’s Show“

EE: Favorite food?

MC: “Spaghetti”

EE: What advice would you give younger athletes?

MC: “Always give 100% in practice and in games. Most importantly show good sportsmanship and be a good teammate.”

EE: What are your future goals?

MC: “To break the 50 freestyle record and the 200 medley relay record with my relay team.”
