Photo slideshow: fruit sale raises funds for FFA
The Tyrone Area High School Ag and FFa students helped sort and distribute fruit during the anual fruit sale.
The FFA sold citrus fruit in full and half cases, fruit baskets and sampler boxes.
Type of fruit sold include orange navels, red navels, tangelos, grape fruit, tangerines, pears, red apples, yellow apples, green apples and mixed fruit baskets.
The total profit for the fruit sale was $8678.35.
