Tyrone 9th grade football team combined a high scoring offense with a defensive shutout, dominating Bellefonte with at 40-0 win.

Tyrone scored on their first drive of the game, while Bellefonte would not gain a yard until nearly the end of the first half.

Tyrone scored again late in the first quarter, making the score 14-0.

Also in second quarter Tyrone stopped Bellefonte with an interception by Rashawn Hicks, allowing the Eagles offense to get back on the field.

Denver Light then found Parker Mitchell For a 30 yard touchdown pass, Tyrone led 20-o.

Tyrone fullbacks Matt Davis and Grayson Putt later added a touchdown runs, making the score 28-0 Tyrone.

In the final quarter, fullback Brandon Loose ending the game with another touchdown, making the  final score 40-0.
